Pumpkin Boop Halloween Treat Bag

DSP: Wicked Fun Specialty
CS: Pumpkin Pie, Black
Ribbon: 1 1/4 Striped Grosgrain
Ink: Black
Punch: large oval, scallop oval, scallop circle
